• Roosta Holiday Village accommodation guests are all those who are registered to stay at the holiday village.• Check-in to the holiday houses starts from 4:00 PM (from September to May from 3:00 PM), and we kindly ask you to check out by 12:00 PM. Reserved houses will be held for you until 9:00 PM. • Check-in at Roosta Holiday Village is only possible with a valid identity document.• Roosta Holiday Village guarantees the confidentiality of personal data.• The holiday village does not accommodate people who may damage the reputation of the holiday village; who have damaged the property of the holiday village; who are wanted by the police; who are heavily intoxicated by alcohol or drugs; or who have committed an unlawful act in another hotel.• Quiet hours at Roosta Holiday Village: from September 1 to May 31 between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM; from June 1 to August 31 between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM. During these times, it is forbidden to make noise in the holiday houses or around the village that would disturb the peace of nearby guests. All not registered visitors must leave the holiday houses by the start of quiet hours. Anyone staying in the holiday houses during quiet hours is considered an overnight guest. If unregistered persons are present in a holiday house during quiet hours, Roosta Holiday Village has the right to charge a fee of €40 for each unregistered guest. • In the event of non-payment for Roosta Holiday Village services or refusal to pay an invoice, the matter will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. For any unpaid invoices on site, Roosta Holiday Village reserves the right to issue an invoice to the customer afterwards. • Roosta Holiday Village is not responsible for items forgotten or lost by visitors.• Customers are not allowed to remove equipment or inventory belonging to Roosta Holiday Village from the holiday houses. In the event of damage or breakage of equipment or inventory, the customer is liable to pay Roosta Holiday Village 100% of the repair or replacement cost according to the approved price list. • Filming, photographing, or conducting interviews at Roosta Holiday Village for public use must be approved in advance by the management of the Holiday Village.• Pets are allowed for an additional fee.• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.• Consumption of your own food, drinks, or alcohol is prohibited in the main building, saunas, terrace, and outdoor stage of Roosta Holiday Village.
